Sample AddIn in VB .NET - Inventor 2010 Help

Hello,

I'm trying to run this example, but so far not succeeded. The AddIn is recognized by the Inventor (Tools/ AddIns), but the message that appears in Colón Load Behavior is Startup / Unloaded.

I can not access the commandbar. Is there something wrong in this code? Following the code attached.

I have not looked at all the code, but just a quick thought would be to remove the picture from the button and see what happens!
