Run iLogic rule in part, from assembly

Hello,

I have a rule in my part to change the material. I have been trying to run the rule from my assembly. Can I do this? And if so, does anyone know how?

Any help will be very much appreciated.

to change the material of a part from an assembly with iLogic, there is a snippet:

iProperties.MaterialOfComponent("part1:1")

 if you mean something else, maybe you could share your model / code
