Rotate sketch via Form

I have a sketch with a single sketch block pasted into it.

Is there a way to create a parameter that will control the rotation of the sketch so that I can place a control on a form to control the angle/rotation of the sketch? It will only rotate on the x/z plane.

Update: I created a numeric parameter (degrees) with a slider control to control the parameter. I just need to know how to attach that parameter to the rotation of the sketch now.

I figured out how to make this work with an angle dimension.
