Ribbon Appearance

I started an assembly yesterday, imported 8 of my parts, and then created a part inside the assembly. Then I had to open the part outside of the assembly so I can 3D Print and the ribbon changed. Now the ribbon looks like this in any .ipt I open. I tried to reset the ribbon and go into the menus but I can't fix it. Im hoping I can find a fix rather than reinstalling the program. This is Inventor 2016. Thanks.

Select the downward pointed triangle and select'Minimize to Tab' to get the general layout. If all the tabs are hidden select the box with the upward pointed triangle and the tabs will become visible again.

Thanks I can't believe I never noticed that little drop down menu. It didn't exactly solve it, but it led to a solution. I had to double-click the grey bar that it rests on. I must've double-clicked it yesterday when I was rushing and clicking like crazy.
