Rename Current Style in iLogic, then purge?

We have a bunch of old drawings with various styles that were created over the years. We've got some iLogic code that replaces the styles, title blocks, borders etc with the current ones, and we're trying to purge out all the old styles. The only manual method we've found that works, is to rename the original style within the drawing to the new style name, then bring in the new style again, title etc, then purge the styles. If we don't rename the style first, it always gets left in there and cannot be purged.
Is it possible in iLogic to rename the current style (whatever the name may be), to "2024 ANSI B Standard (Imperial)" , then purge all the other styles left in the drawing, and unused?
