Refresh Table info from Excel file

I have a general table in my engineered print. It consists of basic colums with text. How can i have Inventor refresh the data if i change the Exce without having to delete and re insert a table ?

I don't know of any way to do this except for enumerating the Excel file and filling this info back into Inventor, this would take some work but is possible. I have posted how the custom table is accessed in this forum, it is  in c# but can be converted here.
