Prompted Entry for Parameters on Open with iLogic

So I'm trying to come up with a to have a prompted entry come up for about 6 parameters when I open an assembly. If possible I would also like it so it does a "save as" with a new name.

Good afternoon!  I think you should be able to create a form that lists the parameters you wish to change and then invoke a simple rule to launch that form.  I could get this method to work beautifully when saving the document, but was having trouble getting it to work properly when opening the document.  Therefore, I created a Master_Rule that launched the form rule when the document either opened or was saved.  I tested it out and this also worked for a Save As.  Instead of lots of screen captures, I am simply including a sample part that has the rules, the conditions and the forms that you can use as an example.  If you are unfamiliar with setting the Rule Triggers, I have included a screenshot for those settings.  Otherwise just refer to the sample part.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.  Hope this helps and have a most blessed night!
