I have an app published in the Autodesk store that uses the Autodesk Entitlement API. It's been working fairly well. Recently I had two different users who complained they were not able to obtain a license for my app. I'm almost positive this has nothing to do with my app but a glitch in the system used to check for a valid license. It happens randomly with certain users. My app currently only checks for a valid license once per Inventor session.
A few questions for the Autodesk folks:
- Is there a way to catch when the authorization system is not working so I can temporarily authorize the app so it can be used and not pop an error?
- What's the best way to direct users for support where I feel the issue is not in scope with my app.
- Is there any system monitoring being done and can a page be provided to show the status, issues, etc?
