Problem occur While Unsuppressed holes on specific sheet

I have this part file where try to create dynamic hole on surface that can change its position as per change in permeators like height and Engle on cylinder outer wall.

When cylinder surface is made form single sheet it working ok. However in currant case on single part we use multiple sheet (2 or 3) .

I attached two Part files one is 2 sheet and second is 3 sheet part.

both contain 10 holes. on specific hole sketch you can change angle that can  move hole on different sheet

# Issue with 2 sheet part is when holes 5 to 10 are positioned on sheet 1 it working on unsuppressed but when try to set it position on sheet 1 (by set Axis) it create issue.

# On 3 sheet part some holes like 6 and 9 are not working on any sheet it create issue while try to unsuppressed Also Have similar issue like other holes done not work on some sheet.

Any one suggest any solution for above problems or any alternate way to build dynamic holes that that can change it position on cylinder our wall and it also should be convertible to flat pattern so we can create DXF file that can use for CNC

I found solution for above problems. most time this happen because cut dose not include dependant solid  so when hole sketch change it position (Either by I logic form/code or manually  change )  and  move on top of some other solid that are not previously selected as parent dependant and it show this ineffectiveness error.
