Pipe and tube custom style

Hi all,

   Having another go at setting up custom pipe and tube runs for our company, the current error is the style conflict when I try to save and close the tube & pipe style dialogue box as shown below. This is stopping me from setting up a custom style, does anyone know how to fix this?

I suppose you could open Inventor with the right .ipj then open your template. In Manage, Save the local style in your template to the main biblio.

It is the right ipj and the style is saved in the template. That's why I am asking the question. This only happens when I try to setup a pipe and tube style.

Your style should be saved in the biblio. so you have the same style in your template as in your biblio.

Actually in your template you don't need local style.

The alert you receive is because of the discrepancy between the styles in your template and your biblio

Go to your design data location and open the piping runs.iam file.

....\Design Data 2017\Tube & Pipe\en-US\piping runs.iam

update the document with the correct style and save it.

When starting a new T&P assy this file will be used as a template for he T&P settings.
