Need moving a sketch using iLogic - Pl. help.

I have a sketch that I want to move up and down according to the +ve or -ve value of the elevation parameter. My iLogic I created is not doing well: i.e., if I assign a new different value (using the User Parameter table) for the parameter "RelativeElevation" to say +12, it works. Next time if I change the same parameter to -12, by choosing the right click menu for "Run Rule" the iLogic doesn't move the sketch (down in this case). However, if I open the iLogic and click OK it runs. It doesn't run (change the elevation) at the first time. I request some one to help me.
