Need help with iLogic... After placing iLogic Component in a Assy. i get errors

I have created a small assembly that is completely driven by iLogic Rules with a form to select the options from.

everything works perfect with no errors as long as im in that assembly making the changes.

once I place it as a iLogic Component I have a external Rule opens the form in that assembly by selecting it. this is where my errors begin happening. some of it works fine still but I have one rule that drives a pattern. by default the pattern occurrence is 2 the rule can change that to 3 and works when the assembly is the active document but give me an error when trying to drive it by accessing the form from the upper level assembly. 

can someone explain to me how to fix this. I have tried places placing all components and suppressing by and also LOD by rules again works fine but not after placing.

Hey @jpchaisson , 

When operating iLogic assembly from top assembly, it is using iLogic assembly member files, but not the factory file. I guess this might be the reason if I understand it correctly.
