Multibody ipart - Form to control active solid bodies

Hello! 🙂
I have created a multibody ipart, with a form in the control part to make changes to geometry. To produce solids I have also created a multibody ipart within which I wish to control the active/suppressed solid bodies.

Can I use ilogic to turn off solids in the multibody ipart, ilogic that operates from my control part?

I would prefer for the geometry and solid body state controls to be present in one form, but I am at a loss as to the method of doing so.

Kind regards,

Chris

**edit**

Made a mistake in previous statement, the multibody ipart is an assembly, comprised of parts controlled by a massless control part. Not sure if being an assembly would make much difference.

I successfully turned off components with ilogic and a user parameter I created that I place in a global form, however:

Using a global form, it pretty much does what I want it to do but it disables (greys out) the form parameters that aren't present in the file that the form was activated from.
Previously I set the form to start automatically when the iam is opened, can this be done with a global form? and would all features be available on the form?

Using a global form activator upon iam open doesn't allow access to all form features, only the ones local to the rule. I think a global rule should solve this issue.
