Moving the inventor Text in Drawing

Hi

I have a project to create the box with holes and to provide the hole dimension and hole marking with drawing

I did the assembly and the drawing with dimension and the hole marking.

In Drawing I Placed the hole marking at the center of  each hole like "H1","H2" using API.

In some cases it was intersecting with hole curves. 

is there any option to check whether  the note is intersecting with hole curve or not by api?

or is there any best way to do that?
