Mapping to inventor properties from content center issue with blank title

The company I work for is in the mist of upgrading to 2010 so I am in charge or re writing content center but I'm having a couple issues.

After copying a default family table in inventor 2010 in to my read and write library I add 3 columns.

A Member column to map the member display name, a Description column to map the project description, and a title column to map the summary information title.

In inventor 2008 we made a custom description1 and description2 instead of linking them to project description and title.

The issue I'm having is some of the rows in my table do not call out a title (what was description 2) and when I try to place these parts I receive the "unable to create component" error (the ones with a title do work).

This issue is only occurring on tables that I am copying over from the default inventor library, and I have tested the custom tables I've added and I am able to place both parts with and \ or with out the title column filled out.

Im curious to know if there is a hot fix for this that I have over looked? Or maybe a work around such as adding a expression to the title column and manually overriding it to show nothing?

I'm open to any suggestions at the moment and I thank you a head of time for your reply.

I'm using inventor routed systems 2010

SP3

64-bit, windows 7

Looking further in to this problem the issue occurs with every column that is mapped to an inventor property.

I have also found a solution and that is to make a custom expression and add a space but the program will not allow you to just push space bar and okay it. You have to use the coded space which is:   &" "&  this code formulates a space and will not show up as anything in your column and it will allow you to place / populate the part in an assembly file with no issues.
