Is it possible in Inventor 2010 to have some code in the default IVB macro that can (from an open IDW) open the .ipt file silently and perform the rebuild command so properties update?
I have a simple ivb macro that when used updates the IDW replacing the title blocks but have to open the part file and rebuild the part so the iproperties are updated. I don't want to have to migrate all our legacy files at the moment so wondered if it is possible to add some code that will open the ipt files from the active idw?
Any help would be appreciated as I am a total novice
