Issue with iLogic not generating in 2021

I just switched from Inventor 2020 to 2021.  I have an issue with iLogic parts made in 2021.

When adding an iLogic part made in 2021 to an assembly in 2021, the iLogic code does not process and causes the part not to configure correctly.  If I use the same part written in 2020, it configures correctly.  

I've even gone so far as to manually generate the part files and in the 2021 part, iLogic does not run to configure the part unless the part is the active selection. 

Has anyone experienced this, or is it just me?

Please provide non confidential Inventor files and steps to reproduce the behavior.

Here you go.  The part files themselves work fine.  The easiest way to duplicate the issue, is to open the 2021 file and right click on a non-active part in the browser and select generate.  After it's done select the part in the browser and compare the generated solid.  The holes use iPart features and the end cuts use iLogic.
