Is that Possible to fix the drawing even though the model parameter has changed.

I have a drawing which i want to define the dimension in equations. Hence, i don't wish the drawing to be changed when there is a change in model parameter.

Is possible to fix the drawing only because i still need to change the title blocks information.

Did you try the Defer Updates if it works for your case? You can set this when you open a drawing document in the Options, or after opening it you can set it in the Tools->Document Settings->Drawing.
