Is it possible to develop a pipe and tube function customization?

Although Inventor Pipe and Tube is a good program, we would like to use the pipe and tube function more advanced. Can we use the pipe and tube as a custom development? If possible, I would appreciate it if you could upload the sample code.

Other than to partially automate some commands like start tube and pipe, and or start a run/ route it won't be possible to do a great deal of automation as there is no dedicated API for Tube and Pipe as itself is an addin for inventor.
