Inventor is Loading Two different .ipt Templates

I recently upgraded to Inventor Professional 2019 and it's been giving me fits on my default templates. I've ironed out the kinks in the sheet metal template, however the part .ipt template is confusing me.

If I click on File, hover over "New" and select part it loads a mystery default template that I cannot find. 

If I click on File, click "New', and select part from the dialogue window it loads the default template I want. 

How can I correct this so both paths select the correct default template?

If I click on File, hover over "New" and select part it loads a mystery default template that I cannot find - It works only when template name in custom template path should be "Standard.ipt".
