Inventor API documentation and preferable language for developing the addin

Hi,

I about to start developing the addin here I have some basic quuestion, 

  For developing the Addin which language is preferable C# or Vb, Also, I am unable to find the exact API documentation of Inventor for Csharp(C#) language

Hi Dilip,

There is no specific documentation for C#.

You can refer the samples which is shipped along with the SDK. It has samples related to VB.Net and C#.

There are also basic tutorials in the forum called "Sample Addin" or "My First plugin"

The above link might get you started

The API's are same for VB.Net and C#. Only the programming Changes.
