Not proceed to the next process...and then this screen disappears... so Inventor does not run....
what is problem??

Inventor 2018 does not run...
Hopefully, you've tried the tried & true 1st step of restarting the computer, right?
Is there ever any other screens or pop-up messages around that time?
Do you have a local single user license, or does your software have to access the internet or network for its license. Sometimes if it can't find the license, or gets stuck trying to retrieve the license from a remote location, it will lever fully load similar to that.
