Inventor 2017 - default drawing view settings

Hello,

I would set the options 

"Threads" and "Tangent Edges" In the Display Option Tab

and

"All bodies" in the Model State tab 

in Inventor Drawing View dialox box when I create Inventor View.

I read the discussion at link

but I can't to set the options 

"Threads" and "Tangent Edges" ON by default.

Can you tell me how have to do?
