Previously the default install of Inventor api help was "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2016\Local Help\admapi_20_0.chm".
Where is the help location for 2017 and above?

I don't know why it was changed, but it's now located in "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2017\Local Help".
With Inventor 2018 we still deliver the chm but we're also now publishing it online. I just made a blog post about this.
