Inventor 2011 Add-ins Tab on RIbbon Not Showing up

I have an Add-in that is showing as loaded when I look at "Tools - Add-ins" but I cannot see the "ADD-INs" tab in the Ribbon. How do I turn this on so that I Can see the Add-in in my Ribbon toolbar?

I would check you code against Brians documentation.

my Problem seemed to extend from going from a  Windows XP machine to a Windows 7 Machine.

I re-ran the C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2011\SDK\Usertools.msi and

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2011\SDK\Developertools.msi and that seems to have fixed my problem.
