Hello,

I am looking to be able to insert an iFeature from a drop-down list into a part using face and edges, not planes using iLogic.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi @mmckee.  Have you ever inserted an iFeature into any of your model files by code before?  Are you familiar with the following Inventor API Sample:  https://help.autodesk.com/view/INVNTOR/2024/ENU/?guid=iFeatures_Sample ?

That sample was written in VBA code a long time ago, instead of in vb.net which is used in our iLogic rules, but is very similar to what an iLogic rule would look like, once the 'Set' keywords are taken out.  The code would need to be customized to your exact situation, such as where your iFeature definition files are being stored, what inputs does the iFeature you choose need to be supplied, and what values should be supplied to those inputs from your existing model file, and what method to use for gathering the needed data for those inputs, etc.), which none of us know much about yet.
