Insert thickness sketch symbol based on the extrude direction

Hi everyone, 

I have an assembly file that include extrude parts (such as main girder) and stiffeners created by frame generator and base it to the drawing as below

the extrude part like this

I try to find how to attach sketch symbol (to show the direction of the thickness) and it needs to be based on the direction of the extrude parts and through thickness of the frame like this

then automatically insert sketch symbol like this 

Could anyone suggest me how to do by using API VBA?
