Hi everyone! I would need to: 1. Import to Inventor the data regarding a model made with FEM software Straus7 (essentially nodes, beams and plates) 2. Modify the model by adding/deleting/changing elements within Inventor 3. Export back the model to Straus7 Straus7 can export the models to plain text file that have a more or less clear structure that can be reproduced and that can be read and written by Inventor via VBA code. The problem is: in which form is it more convenient to store the data in an Inventor file in order to be able to visualize the model and to modify it without losing information? Any suggestion is welcome! Even solutions that do not include the use of an intermediate text file. Thank you! Pietro
