image not loading

Hi all,

iam beginning with inventor 2016 addins with Visula Studio express 2012.

I found an example to ctreate buttons in part- panel. That works fine but my image is not loading. All i see is

the description and the tooltip from the button.

Many hours i tried to find a solution, no chance.

Could anybody have a look at the code pls?
