No idea why this isn't working.
I have a very simple rule that won't trigger when the INLET_DIA parameter changes.
INLET_DIA is derived from a base component, which I'm driving from a top level assembly form.
If I change the value of the parameter in the base component manually then open the document containing this rule, I click the pending update and the rule runs perfectly.
But if I change the parameter in the base component via my top level assembly, the rule doesn't trigger, even though the derived parameter clearly changes (which is evident on my screen as I see the part geometry change).
