ilogic error, could not find library .dll file

I have a custom wiremesh panel that uses ilogic. I have recently upgraded to 2018 and now im getting this error. 9see attached image) does anyone have any idea what is causing this and how i can go about correcting it? any help is appreciated.

and what is you ilogic code?

does it use maybe a VB.net form?
