Ilogic code does not run on my teachers laptop but it runs perfectly on my laptop.

I am attaching the zip file of my assembly. Can anyone explain to me why it doesnt run on my teachers laptop. I will really appriciate it. Thank you ver much. I even added a screen recording you can see that it runs on my computer.

Do you have the same inventor version?
Is iLogic addin loaded? (i.e. can you create a rule?)
What does it mean does not run? Do you get an error?
What you do in your rule seems quite straightforward!
