ifeature table with Tool number and drop down list parameters

im trying to replicate ifeatures table driven same as described in this video , just that along with tool number, I want other parameters to show as drop down list. Can someone assist please?

What part do you want help with? creating an iFeature? giving it an id? adding rows?

You can add a custom column by using the properties drop down tab.
