How to use ilogic in this part

I can't add an iLogic rule in this part.

What is the problem and how do i resolved it?

Can you attach the rule directly in this forum post using </> and give an explanation of the workflow your carrying out?

It is odd, because I can add a new internal iLogic Form in it, but can not add a new internal iLogic rule to it, or access the Event Triggers settings for it.  After some iProperties inspection, I figured out that it looks like that part was a Content Center member part.  Those types of parts should not have any internal iLogic rules in them, or Event Triggers settings in them.  Not only that, but they are usually ReadOnly, as far as Inventor is concerned.  This is likely why it does not allow iLogic rules in it.
