HOW to get a code to obtain the "sheet name" variable for the box (due to being a version prior to 2024)???

I've tried everything, and nothing at all.

There is no direct way. You can create prompted textbox in title block and create iLogic rule which iterate all sheets and check the value in this prompted text box before the drawing is saved.
