How to put a particular object lines in a specific layer?

Can anyone help make a rule?

I want to:

1) Iterate thru all sheets

2) Iterate thru all views

3) Iterate thru all parts or assemblies in each view 

4) Select lines of a particular object (parts or assemblies)

5) put them in a specific layer
