How to lock position of a dimension in inventor drawing

Is it possible to lock the position of a dimension in Inventor drawing?

I have drawing that is set up to automatically rescale when the part size changes.  When i change the part size some dimensions in my drawing will go away from template and some will be overlapped with base view. Can any one help me to fix the dimension position steady every time when i change the part size.

Im Working on a automation project so it is required for me to solve this issue..

Help me out with a ilogic rules or VBA code if possible.. Im using Inventor 2014 Version.

You want to AUTOMATICALLY change the scale of the view when the model size changes.  Not a way that I know of.

i can able to change the scale of the view automatically. But i have a problem with dimensions that cannot be fixed in a single location when ever i change the part size in automation project...Can any one help me out to solve this issue..
