How to edit sheet description text

Hello everybody,

I need to edit "Bend Notes" text (string "DOWN,UP" picture below). 

There are texts, witch I need to translate and edit to foreing language on .idw, For example: "Down" to "nach unten" and "Up" to "nach oben".

Do you happend to know if this default string "Down/Up" I can find in some .xml configuration file. 

Or is it possible to manage it with another way?

I don't think this has been implemented yet, though the idea itself got accepted:

The only option might be to install the language pack that you need the word to be in.
