How could i stretch ribbon menu?

This is my ribbon menu view. But i want to use ribbon interface like below one.

How could i change my settings?

Hi! 

Just click the button (in the image below) to Toggle between the the ribbon modes. (Red Square)

Or expand options and select the mode you want. (Green Square)
