HoleThreadNote

I have read several posts regarding this problem. It appears to be a know issue. Dosen't apperar that there are any known solutions.

Adding a hole thread note places the arrow on the opposite side from the text such that the dimension line crosses the hole.

I have wasted hours trying various work arounds.HoleThreadNote.png

Help!

I have seen this many times, but not sure if it's the same problem as yours. In my case I can drag that "break point" where the diagonal dimension line turns horizontal, just in front of the "3/8...", and drag it to the other side, dragging over the center point of the circle. Sometimes tricky to do so without the arrow to turn around.

Thank you for your reply.

I am adding the HoleThreadNote object with code.

i.e.

Set oNewThreadNote = oSheet.DrawingNotes.HoleThreadNotes.Add(oPoint, oCurve)

I have tried changing parameters and various work arounds. This is a known issue, but I don't see any posted solutions.

Thanks again!
