Getobject function failure

Hi, 

I am trying to run the following code using Visual Studio 19, and Inventor pro 2022, Windows 10 and it wont run. I am new to VB but I have lots of experience with VBA. but still same error, can someone help please?

HAve you checked that error online? you can find some hints to try to fix the issue.
The interop version you've referenced is the same of your running Inventor?

Thanks for your attention and response, 

I had to post this under another account and the resolution was running Visual Studio as administrator
