Get text / object attached to a balloon

Is it possible to get items attached to a balloon?

I have code that goes through all balloons in a drawing but I also need to get

1) Text attached to a balloon leader "2PL"?

2) Note box text "5". This is a notebox with an invisible leader. It is attached to a vertex on the balloon circle

3) Any other balloon attached to a main one "31"
