find dimension in drawing area

Hi everone

My question is to find the dimension in the drawing area

for example

If we observe in the drawing  left hand site we can see alphabets in the border area and number at top border area

if the dimension lies between "A" on left hand side and "1" on top border srea

then i want a message the dimension lies on A1

Kindly send me code in vb.net

Hi,

I doubt  this would not be a small code. I am not sure if anybody has an existing code or could help you write out the while solution. I'd suggest you provide screenshot of the scenario. It may help to know better what you exactly want to do.
