External Ilogic rules problem

Hello Guys,

I need some help or ideas. I am trying to change to using external ilogic rules. 

i have an PDF and DWG export rule. They both work perfect when i have them in the templates but when i transfer them to an external rule it's not working. 

Do you guys have any idea what i need to check or what can cause this that rules are not working?
