Enlarged Detail View Identifier Placement

Is there a way to relocate the position of the view identifier on the enlarge detail fence with iLogic or through the API? @jpi656UL posted the same question on 06/24/2022 with no response. This helps with positioning the label, but not the view identifier. For example, how can I have ilogic move the view identifier below to the left of where it is now at the top.
