Drawing Resource Transfer Wizard failed to open source file

Hello guys,

I was trying to use the Drawing Resource Transfer Wizard. However I got the error message shown below when i opened source file. I disabled the automatic load of ilogic already. Could anyone help on it? Thank you

Very annoying, same problem here, in 2025, I need to update a lot of title blocks, but can't.

Tried older versions, unloading add-ins, clearing everything from the source drawing.

Place it on different locations, in or outside the project, but always getting the same error.

Takes long, about a minute before the error appears.

That's a start,  and now................?

Seems not everyone has this issue, there would probably be more responses on this thread.

But has Anybody found a work around?

Inventor 2025 /Vault Basic

One thing I did not try: Start Resource Transfer Wizard as Administrator, and that fixed it!
Never had to do this before, but now I can continue.
