Has anyone Information where in witch Object is this Saved

Its Nothing to find in Dimension / Text

or Dimession Toolearance...

Those are the inspection dimension data, you need to retrieve that info using GetInspectionDimensionData method:

    Dim oApp As Inventor.Application
    Set oApp = ThisApplication
   
    Dim oDoc As Inventor.Document
    Set oDoc = oApp.ActiveEditDocument
   
    Dim dimension As GeneralDimension
    Set dimension = oDoc.SelectSet(1)
   
    Dim shape As InspectionDimensionShapeEnum
    Dim label As String
    Dim rate As String
    Call dimension.GetInspectionDimensionData(shape, label, rate)
