My company designs and builds extruder screws. Many of them. Many of them work together as a family but have subtle differences. I am trying to put together a design table that will control the model of several different parts. For example, I have created a model of 1 screw that is 48 mm long. I need to create the same model 2 more times, one that is 32mm long and one that is 72mm long. Three parts total. I want to be able to link my model to an Excell spreadsheet to read the different parameters according to part name. I can link the model to a spreadsheet now to read the parameters for just that one model. So I will need to create a spreadsheet for each model. That is not what I want. I want 1 spreadsheet to control all 3 parts. Can this be done? I have attached my part model and the working spreadsheet. I have also attached a spreadsheet in the format that I would like it to be to control all three. This one is not linked to the model.
If anyone has an answer I would greatly appreciate it.
