Cyclic Dependency - Error - Bug - Help

I really need help on the part file attached. On Rectangular Pattern10 I need to change it to 3, I am able to increase the number but I cannot decreased the value.

I know that this multibody file I quite messy, but it was create with a specific purpose hence the endless features. Please ignore that and is someone able to advise? 

PS my files are using beautifully and parametrically modelled so please be kind!

You cannot change the value because Mirror4 includes the patterned solids that created by Rectangular Pattern 10.

Ill check this now, but I very much apologise, may models are NEVER like this, but this was generated using a complex iLogic generator and then it was expanded on. It was required to create a cutting list, and while this looks very complicated and, it actually does work well, 99% of the time. Expect for this error! One day I will post a video of this working.
