why do not export a custom font with command "export pdf"

Thanks for your support, but what's API? Maybe Autodesk Professional
Inventor?
I'd like to get pdf with this command in Autodesk Professional Inventor

Yes, I tried both with the menu commant export to pdf and API by an addin written in Visual Basic, but the result is the same our custom font

is not printed correctly.

Only with PDF Creator as printer I obtain the correct font, but I need to do this with API.
